Mind-Body Wellness Workshop is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation and aims at creating more awareness about healthy and stress-free way of life, no matter what the external circumstances are.

In this 2 hours workshop, we'll learn simple yet effective Yoga, powerful breathing techniques, knowledge of Mind-Body-Breath and guided Meditation and how to use our breath to instantly -

* Make our Mind Calm
* Manage Negative Emotions
* Create a sense of Well-being
* Detoxify through the Breath
* Increase Energy and Vitality

Please Note:
1. Please come on light stomach.
2. No need to bring the yoga mats.
3. There is enough parking space available.
